Your Personal Barefoot Path

In my blogpost for the European Rolfing Association I explained how feet that are awake and alert can support coordination and bring effortlessness into our movements.

In this article you will receive suggestions for 8 stations to build your personal barefoot path in your living room.

However, it is NOT about seeing this as a kind of challenge where you have to do all stations every day. Listen to your body and see what you would like to do and what would feel good for your feet.

A word of caution: Usually, we want and do too much. So, rather choose one of the stations and give it your full attenton than mechanically doing them all in one go.

Take time between the stations to stand and then walk for a short while. Sense how this feels. This is an important part of the “exercise”.

Ready to go? You will find instructions for each station by clicking on the respective tile.

Two more suggestions for people with their own garden or where there is a parc nearby that offers this.
