Spiky massage ball

Massage balls can be harder or softer. Choose one that feels good to your feet, and when rolling your foot over the ball, use only an amount of pressure that feels good.

If you like, you can massage your foot for some time.

Then, change your perspective:

What, if not you touch the ball with your foot, but the spikes of the ball touch your foot from underneath? Can you welcome this sensation and say to the spikes “Hello, I can sense you”?

Whenever we touch something, we are touched back. How does it feel for you when you put your attention on the sensation of being touched?

Once you can feel how you are touched back: Can you have both at the same time? – Touching and being touched.
